The Chamber wanted an entirely different approach to its Web site that would benefit existing members while attracting new ones. By keeping the needs of end users in mind at all times, ACT effectively combined color and placement of key content to make site navigation easy and intuitive. The Chamber staff came out winners as well: ACT’s new tools let them update the site with new pages, features and functions as often as needed. The result? The site now averages more than 36,000 visitors per month and has even seen traffic from more than 20 different countries
